Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cx222 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until the process is completed satisfactorily.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. cx222 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on cx222. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether by the same individual or in conjunction with other persons, is strictly prohibited. cx222 reserves the right to merge, close or permanently ban duplicate Accounts and to void associated Wagers and Balances.
By accessing the Services, you agree to use the cx222 platform in a lawful manner and solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
cx222 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balances, and notification to relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on the cx222 platform are conducted through the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Displayed options may include familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are credited in PKR where applicable.

Deposits and withdrawals made via BTC, ETH or USDT are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees, which are paid separately. cx222 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All financial activity on the platform is subject to monitoring. cx222 reserves the right to withhold, suspend or reverse transactions that it reasonably suspects are connected to unlawful activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.
cx222 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional offers (collectively "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms which are published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. cx222 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical failures, or that the content will be accurate, complete or up to date at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or force majeure events may affect service availability.
cx222 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from your reliance on information, odds or statistics provided on the platform, or for the outcome of any Wager placed in connection with such information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
cx222 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player Account, and to withhold or void associated Balances and Wagers, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by the User voluntarily and no breach of Terms has occurred, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise specified.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cx222 holds its operating licence. Where changes are material, cx222 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, via an on-platform notification, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.
